Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns for exchange, refund or credit

We will gladly accept your returns for exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of purchase according to the specifications listed below. Merchandise, including buyers’ remorse purchases, must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and returned in the original box.

Unless otherwise stated, the shipping charges, for both delivery of orders and returns back to the store, are the responsibility of the customer unless these qualifications are met:

  • The item was ordered incorrectly by CrazyHouse.com.
  • The item was listed incorrectly on the CrazyHouse.com website regarding size or price. (Item colors may vary according to monitor settings and lighting conditions.)
  • The item was defective or structurally defective.

If the above qualifications are met, a UPS tag will be sent to the customer and the charges will be replaced with an item of equal value.

If the purchased item is visually defective or structurally defective, a refund will be issued to the customer once the item is received by the Crazy House, pending the possible return of the item to the manufacturer's Quality Control facility.

If the item was sent in error by CrazyHouse.com, we will pay the shipping expense to return the item and will send a replacement item, of the same weight and to the same destination as the original purchase.

Boots:

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched, the boots are in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn), and are returned in their original packaging.

Note: When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Clothing items:

If the purchased item is visually defective or structurally defective, a refund will be issued to the customer once the item is received by the Crazy House. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and returned in its original packaging.

How To Ship Your Return or Exchange

To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely, insure it, and include the original invoice received with the shipment. Sorry, return or exchange shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be applied to your pay pal account, less restocking fee, shipping fee, and sales tax if applicable (state of Kansas).
